All fees include the cost of all food, drink, nappies and associated products

Sessions available

To ensure a spread across the week all bookings must include a Monday or a Friday. However please call for details of those days available as they change frequently.

Nursery Education Grant

We accept the Nursery Education Grant for 3 and 4 year olds

Sibling discount

Siblings receive a 10% discount on the older child's fees during those sessions that both children attend.

Payment dates

All fees should be paid by standing order on the first of each month. Each payment is calculated on a 51 week year divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Please ask for a standing order form or bank details if you require one.

Registration fee

When you accept a place for your child we ask for a registration fee of £75 and one month's fees upon confirmation of a start date (this may be varied by one month with both parties agreement). This is a deposit which is credited against your child's first months fees (these are non-refundable).

Reducing days or Terminating place

One months written notice is required to reduce days or to terminate a child's place.

Opening Hours

We are open 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks a year, every weekday, except bank-holidays.
The Nursery closes at the end of the day on 23rd of December and re-opens on the first working day in the New Year.

Late Collections

When a child is collected late OFSTED stipulates that two members of staff must remain on duty with the child. Therefore a late collection charge of £10 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) will be levied. This goes directly to the staff involved.

This charge applies to both lunch and evening collections.

Swapping sessions

If you want to and we can, we will swap sessions for others in the same week. We can only swap sessions if the numbers attending allow and in the same current week ( not one week for another).

Extra sessions

If you need an extra session please ask as we may have space or know of a child who is not attending the session that you want. These are invoiced at the month end and are chargeable unless 24 hours notice is given of the cancellation.

Childcare vouchers

We already accept vouchers from the main voucher providers as well as directly from some companies, please ask for details as the savings can be over £2000 per annum per family.

Please note

Fees will not be refunded for absense through sickness or holiday or if the Nursery is closed due to circumstances beyond its control including (without limitation) adverse weather, sickness or disease, inustrial action, terrorist threat, fire or flood or for any other cause.
